What do you need to shop in one of THC stores?
All you need is a valid government issued photo ID and be 19 years old. 
We accept credit card, debit card and cash, and we have an ATM on site for your convenience.

How do I place an online order?
For online order, please go to our website and order online for pick up at each location. Very unfortunately we currently do not offer delivery.
Can you help me shop for products
For the best help experience we suggest you visit us in one of our store. If this is not convenient please then reach us by phone or email.
How often is your online menu updated?

The live menu undergoes continuous updates to accurately mirror the current inventory in our stores.

When do you expect having more products on shelves?
We always have a large and variety of products in enough quantity to serve our clients. However, we are constantly adding more as new products come on the market.
Are there purchase limits for Cannabis products

Yes, 28g of dried flower or the equivalent in concentrates (typically a division by 4, so 7g of concentrate limit)

What is your flower limit for medical customers
The same as recreational as we are not considered a medical platform.” Also Mentor, technically speaking, I don’t think we are allowed to suggest medical benefits as we are not medical professionals.
Do you have discounts for veterans or other community groups?

Yes. We offer Veteran/Military/Front Line as well as seniors discounts (55+).  We also offer monthly discounts on certain product lines.

Can I travel with cannabis?

Yes, you are allowed to travel within Canada with the same limit you can purchase in a store; 28g dried flower or 7g of concentrates.

What different forms of cannabis are there?
The different form of cannabis products we offer are: Flower, Pre-rols, Vapes, Edibles, Beverages, Concentrates, Capsules, Oils, and Topicals.
What is THC – the molecule not us 😊 – and CBD?

Delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) is the primary psychoactive cannabinoid extracted from the cannabis (marijuana) plant. It was historically used recreationally due to its psychoactive effects, but recently there has been significant interest in exploring its medical utility.

CBD is a non-psychoactive molecule, which means it does not get you high. CBD has been scientifically proven to counteract the euphoric effects of tetrahydrocannabinol or THC, which is the psychoactive substance present in cannabis.

Are there somke-free cannabis options?

Edibles provide an excellent choice for individuals who wish to explore cannabis without the need to inhale smoke. They encompass a wide range of options, including gummies, chocolates, chews, and beverages, offering diverse smoke-free methods to enjoy cannabis. It's important to be aware that the effects of edible products manifest differently compared to those inhaled, typically taking longer to onset and delivering longer-lasting results.

What are Indica, Sativa and hybrid?
A hybrid is a cannabis plant that is a crossbreed between an indica and sativa plant. There are very few cannabis strains that are of true indica or true sativa variety. Instead, most strains of cannabis are a hybrid of the two. Within this subset, there can be indica dominant, and sativa dominant strains.
